Tradestar was started in the birthplace of modern water gel explosives. The company was the truck shop where IRECO Chemicals built the first bulk delivery systems for emulsion type commercial explosives. Over the last 50 years a lot has changed – technology, governments, world economies, the materials we use in our daily lives. What You’ll Do:

As an Engineering Clerk / Admin, you willassist with general office administrative functions and special projects as assigned. Other duties include:

• Creating and closing of work orders

• Work order organization and build book creation

• Creating labels to install on truck bodies

• Front desk walk-in and phone coverage

• Copying, filing, scanning, 2-way paperwork matching

• Assist with employee event planning & clean-up

• Supply maintenance

• Suggest, approve, and implement position relevant improvement ideas

What We’re Looking For:

• Professional communication skills (written, conversation, face to face, email, text, etc.)

• Reading and writing proficiency required

• Basic computer navigation (file sharing, uploading/downloading files, computer interface experience

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office 

• Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and a team player
