Direct management of all academic and public-facing spaces in Fowler
Direct booking of top musical and entertainment talent and academic presentations across a variety of venues
Direct marketing initiatives for all events in Fowler
Direct staff to provide exceptional customer service for each event
Oversee financial management of Fowler by preparing a budget based on goals and monitoring expenditures with financial records.
Lead recruitment of all staff positions, including full-time, part-time, and student employment
Monitor industry trends and news that will have a local impact on the organization
Coordinate with the Department of Theatre, Department of Music, and the Bradbury Art Museum for Fowler scheduling and promotional needs as appropriate
Conduct key constituent meetings
Promote a facility reputation for outstanding customer service
Develop a year-round facility maintenance plan, including discussion of long-term improvements and short-term maintenance, working with Facilities Management to define scope of work and cost estimates.
