1st Logistics Courier Services Limited is looking for motivated individuals to join as self-employed delivery drivers, delivering parcels across Gloucestershire.

What’s on offer:

• Self-employed role with delivery opportunities available.

• Daily rate: £130.50 (paid per route completed, with performance-based incentives available).

• Multi-drop parcel delivery routes.

• Full induction provided – no delivery experience required.

• In partnership withWise, drivers can access perks including: business setup, invoicing, VAT registration, health & wellbeing services (24/7 GP, physio, mental health), retail & fuel discounts, and legal/financial advice.

What you’ll need:

• Reliability, motivation, and strong customer focus.

• Ability to work independently and manage your own time.

• Full UK driving licence (max 6 points, no major endorsements).

• Ability to pass a background check (including criminal record and driving history).

• Aged 21 or above for fleet insurance purposes. 

Start Date: October 2025 (onboarding and in inductions starting September).
