Key Responsibilities

• Quality Control Audits: Conduct strict visual and technical inspections of surface preparation, blasting profiles, and multi-coat paint applications.

• Technical Reporting: Complete accurate inspection logging, environmental parameter tracking (humidity, dew point), and compliance reporting as per project standards.

• Specification Compliance: Read, interpret, and enforce engineering specifications, international standards, and strict asset owner quality requirements.

• Defect Identification: Identify, document, and report any coating defects, failures, or application non-conformance issues to site management.

• Site Safety Compliance: Work safely at heights while conducting asset asset assessments and strictly follow site safety procedures, SWMS, and WHS guidelines.

Requirements & Qualifications

• ValidAMPP / NACE Level II Coating Inspector Certification (Mandatory).

• CurrentConstruction White Card (Required).

• CurrentWorking at Heights certification (Required).

• Proven practical experience in industrial coating inspection, asset maintenance, or heavy industrial quality control.

• Excellent technical English communication skills (both written and verbal) for complex report writing.

• Must currently live in Adelaide and be readily available to start immediately.
