As aTrade Marketing Graduate Trainee – Organized Trade, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping how Red Bull shows up across organized trade. From bringingconsumer activations to life to owning theorganized trade calendar and e-commerce presence, you’ll work closely with the Sales, POS, and E-commerce teams to ensure Red Bull’s presence is as bold and disruptive as the brand itself.

Consumer Activations

• Bring key consumer activations to life across organized trade, partnering with the POS team on production and execution.
• Ensure every activation reflects Red Bull’s disruptive spirit and drives profitable growth for the retailer, the category, and Red Bull.

Organized Trade Calendar

• Own execution of theorganized trade calendar across some customers, working closely with the Sales and POS teams to land plans in-store on time.
• Track calendar execution against timelines and flag risks early to keep customer commitments on schedule.

E-Commerce

• Managee-commerce content, replenishment, and the activation calendar for online customers.

Performance Assessment

• Conductpost-assessments for on-ground and online activations, capturing learnings to sharpen future execution.
• Share recommendations with the Channel Manager and cross-functional teams to continuously improve activation ROI.

• Fresh Graduate or up to 2 years of experience
• Ability to navigate complex situations managing multiple activities simultaneously.
• Demonstrates ability to think creatively, challenge the status quo with a can-do attitude and adopt a continuous improvement mindset to identify opportunities for enhancement.
• Collaborates and communicates effectively while driving results and ensuring accountability.
• Passionate about Red Bull & the brand.
• Team player with excellent communication skills and a growth mindset.
• Fluent proficiency in English & Arabic.
• Comfortable coordinating across multiple cross-functional teams (Sales, POS, E-commerce) at the same time.
