System Administrator

A leading technology company specializing in providing advanced cloud and information security solutions is looking for an experiencedSystem Administrator to join our strong, collaborative IT team. In this role, you will handle complex technical challenges end-to-end, managing and optimizing enterprise-grade Linux and Web environments for both high-profile clients and internal company users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot deep-level issues in Linux environments and Web servers.

• Provide high-level technical support and end-to-end solutions for strategic enterprise clients and internal stakeholders.

• Provision infrastructure, manage databases, handle DNS and SSL certificates, and perform system optimizations.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience as a System Administrator –Must.

• Experience working with Linux environments (Ubuntu, CentOS, RHEL, Debian) –Must.

• Ability and willingness to work in shifts with high availability – Must.

• Relevant professional certifications.

• Linux expertise: Strong command of systemd, log analysis (journalctl, /var/log/), performance troubleshooting (CPU/RAM/IO bottlenecks), Bash scripting, and Cron jobs.

• Networking & Security expertise: Interface configuration, routing, iptables, and external firewall management.

• Web Servers expertise: Hands-on experience with Nginx and Apache (installation, hardening, optimization, PHP-FPM, Virtual Hosts, HTTPS/SSL).

• Databases expertise: Administration, backup/restore (mysqldump), and troubleshooting in MySQL / MariaDB.

• Excellent service orientation, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive under pressure.

• Both independence and teamwork.

Advantages:

• Familiarity with Caching layers (Redis / Memcached / Varnish).

• Experience with CDN / WAF solutions (Cloudflare / Imperva).
