Job Summary:
Supports manufacturing machinery operations by performing foundational machine support tasks under close supervision. Contributes to daily production goals by learning and applying standard machine operation and safety procedures. Supports product quality by following defined setup, monitoring, and inspection requirements. Maintains a safe and orderly workspace by adhering to established practices and escalating unfamiliar conditions. Assists in the efficient operation of machinery within manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities:
Assists with machine setup, material loading, and part handling under direction.
Supports operation of production machinery such as roll formers, presses, or automated lines.
Monitors basic machine indicators and reports abnormalities or alarms.
Performs basic measurements and visual inspections of produced components.
Maintains cleanliness and organization of machinery work areas.
Follows machine safety procedures and lockout/tagout requirements as directed.
Escalates machine issues or deviations to senior technicians or leads.

Education Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.

Work Experience:
0 – 2 years of experience in manufacturing, machine operation, or a related environment required.

Certifications and Licenses:
None required.
