Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute theProcess Intelligence strategy for Finance, aligned with enterprise AI, automation, and transformation roadmaps
• Establishend-to-end process visibility across core Finance value streams (Order to Cash, Source to Pay, Record to Report)
• Drive adoption, governance, andvalue realization of process intelligence platforms (Celonis, SAP Signavio, UiPath)
• Translate process insights into aprioritized pipeline of actions, including automation, agentic use cases, re-engineering, and control improvements
• Partner with Finance, AI/Automation, and IT teams to convert insights intodelivered and measured business value
• Define and standardizeprocess KPIs, benchmarks, and executive dashboards for leadership and SteerCo reporting
• Enableself-service process intelligence through data products, playbooks, and training to scale adoption across Finance
• Act as atrusted advisor to Global Process Owners and Finance leadership, influencing decisions on performance optimization and transformation priorities

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience
  OR Master’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience
• Hands-on experience with process intelligence / process mining tools (Celonis, SAP Signavio, UiPath, or similar)
• Strong understanding of Finance processes and ERP-based transaction flows
• Proven ability to communicate complex insights clearly to senior and executive stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Finance operations, process improvement, analytics, or digital transformation
• Experience integrating process intelligence withautomation, AI, or GenAI initiatives
• Exposure to ERP transformation programs (e.g., ECC to S/4)
• Experience in global or shared services Finance environments
• Strongchange leadership, stakeholder management, and storytelling skills

• Process intelligence embedded intoday-to-day decision-making and transformation planning
• Clear linkage betweenprocess insights → automation/agentic pipeline → realized value
• Measurable improvements incycle times, throughput, compliance, and operational efficiency
• Increased adoption ofself-service insights, reducing reliance on reactive and manual analysis
• Tangible contribution to Micron’sAI-enabled Finance transformation journey
