Sr. Software Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking aSenior Software Developer with strong experience in theJava ecosystem,Spring Boot, and front-end development. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding ofJVM internals,REST API development, andCI/CD pipelines. You will contribute to the design, development, and enhancement of enterprise applications and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintainJava-based backend services usingSpring Boot / Spring Framework.
• Design and implementRESTful web services following microservices architecture.
• Apply deep knowledge of theJVM, including memory management and performance tuning.
• Implementsecurity layers usingSpring Security and industry best practices.
• Write efficient, clean, and reusable code following establishedcode review practices.
• Collaborate with front-end developers and integrateJavaScript/jQuery components; exposure toReact is a plus.
• Contribute toCI/CD pipelines usingJenkins,SonarQube, andAnsible.
• Ensure system performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and technical discussions.

Must-Have Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience withJava,Spring Boot, andREST API development
• Strong understanding ofJVM architecture, garbage collection, and performance optimization
• Experience withSpring Security, authentication/authorization flows
• Proficiency inJavaScript/jQuery; basic understanding ofReact is a bonus
• Familiar withcaching frameworks  
• Hands-on experience withCI/CD tools like Jenkins, SonarQube, Ansible
• Solid understanding ofGit, branching, and version control best practices
• Exposure toSQL and NoSQL databases

Nice-to-Have

• Familiarity withDevSecOps and secure coding practices
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
