Senior Scrum Master

Location:  100% Remote supporting PST  

The selected Consultants need to be very well versed in Agile, providing daily standups, oversight, mentoring and scheduling of all ceremonies, ability to create and help with User Story construct, adhere to a 2 week Sprints, and organize the ceremonies by inviting the right people (roles) to these meetings, and use Jira for the Scrum board, backlog. 
 
Requires CSM and SAFe certification  
 
Required Experience: 
 
• Hands on Scrum Master and Scrum of Scrum Meeting experience 
· SAFe 
· CSM- Must coach, mentor and help teams deliver as they move to SAFe 
· Must have facilitated and completed Program Incremental (PI) Planning 
· and budgeting. 
·· Experience working with various Product Owners (PO) 
· Execute, facilitate all the ceremonies, and keep everyone on the train. 
· Jira 
· Experience facilitating remote team meetings 
· Servant leader mindset - to share best practices 
• Experience with working with business teams with varying levels of Agile maturity 
• Provided structure within product, project team resources

• Experienced working on projects that are highly visible – with executive visibility oversight
