The 10 Week Accelerate Internship Program consists of: 

• Learning the ins and outs of your department 

• Professional development workshops 

• Hear from our leaders to learn more about our business 

• Network with our senior leadership team  

• Visit our field operations to learn how your team influences our daily operations   

What you'll do:

• Apply your knowledge of statistics, business analytics and/or data science to support specific business initiatives involving analytics projects analyzing various aspects of a global mobility organization 

• Interact directly with business stakeholders, while working with large, complex datasets to properly categorize business information and perform data profiling 

• Work with data science tools and teams on real world operational issues, such as building predictive models to help identify and reduce debt, damage and risk associated with vehicle rental 

What we're looking for:

• Active enrollment at a college/university, graduating May or June 2027 - Rising Seniors

• Pursuing a degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Mathematics, Business Analytics or a related field 

• A detail-oriented mindset and way of working 

• Solid business communication skills 

• The ability to work in a fast-paced corporate environment 

• Good working knowledge of business analytics, probability, statistics and/or data science 

• The ability to reliably commute to our Parsippany, NJ corporate headquarters. This is a fulltime in office internship.

• The ability to work full time, in person for 40 hours a week 

SKILLS YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TABLE: 

• Completed coursework in Business Analytics, Probability and Statistics, Data Science, Data Engineering or related fields 

• Data Analysis experience using any mix of software including, but not limited to: Microsoft Excel, SQL, Python 

• Interest in exploring the various aspects of data analytics or data science and learning other coding languages as needed 

• Strong interpersonal, organization, and time management skills 

• Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment  

• Contribute positively to the organization, both individually and as part of a team 

• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing 

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) 

• Experience/skills with: SQL, Python, R, Typescript

  • Extra bonus for Tableau, Power BI

The hourly rate for this position is $30 an hour.
