HR Master Data Expert (SAP HCM / ABAP / SuccessFactors)

We are looking for anHR Master Data Expert (SAP HCM / ABAP / SuccessFactors) to join ourHR Master Data team and support the reliable operation and continuous development of Bosch's global HR master data solutions.

The role combinesapplication support, monitoring, incident management, development(change implementation-bug fixing) and requirement engineering to ensure stable and efficient HR business processes. The successful candidate will work closely with HR business stakeholders, SAP experts, integration teams, and external partners to deliver reliable and scalable HR solutions supporting Bosch's digital HR transformation strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure professional monitoring, analysis, and support of HR-related interfaces includingALE, APIs, Web Services, and SuccessFactors-SAP integrations

• Design, develop, test, and implementchanges and enhancements in SAP HCM, including ABAP-based developments.

• Continuous improvement, stability, and optimization of HR systems and integration processes

• Analyze and resolveincident tickets within agreed service levels.

• Interest in new technologies, like how Data, Automation, and AI can support business processes and decision-making

• Participate in global projects involving SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, and hybrid HR architectures

Required Skills & Experience

• 3-8 years of hands-on experience inABAP, SAP HCM,SAP SuccessFactors, or comparable HR IT environments

• Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes and HR master data management

• Experience in application support, incident management, problem management, and change management processes

• Proven experience analyzing business requirements and translating them into functional and technical specifications

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, debugging and problem-solving skills

• Knowledge of  SAP system landscapes and SAP HR integrations with external systems and cloud applications

• Good understanding of automation opportunities and digital HR transformation initiatives
