This is a unique opportunity for aLive-in Direct Support Professional (DSP). You would be required to live with our person served. Here are a few perks to consider!

• Live-In DSP’s areprovided a studio space with room and board at no cost!
• Live-In DSP’s would have theirown separate living quarterswithin the home.  
• You do have the ability to view your living quarters prior to move in contract completion.
• Your familymay be allowed to move into the quarters with you!
• Hours worked would be part-time, including asleep overnight shifts
• Paid hours are $18.50 hr. and would include awake hours only (avg. 29 hours weekly)
• Additional work hours may be available if interested!

What You’ll Do:

• Provide Hands-On Care: Assist individuals with daily activities like personal care, meal prep, transportation, housekeeping, and laundry, all while fostering independence.
• Create a Safe & Welcoming Environment: Maintain a clean, safe space that ensures comfort and support while helping individuals reach their personal goals.
• Mentor & Guide: Provide supervision, positive reinforcement, and guidance to help individuals achieve their aspirations.

Required (Must-Have) 

• Minimum of 18 years of age 
• Valid driver's license, proof of auto insurance & reliable transportation
• Basic computer skills for documentation and communication 
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English 
• Willingness to assist individuals with personal cares and activities of daily living (ADLs) 

Physical Requirements 

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, or squat for extended periods 
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs 

Skills & Abilities 

• Experience, training, or transferable skills that support success in a direct support role 
• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills 
• Genuine interest in supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities 
• Ability to promote independence, community engagement, and person-centered supports
