[0119867] Service Desk / Desk Site Support

We are looking an experienced Service Desk / Deskside Support person with 1-2 years demonstrated expererince in similar roles in Australia to work on-site in the Perth CBD for one of our customers. Experience in a large government support environment, ServiceNow and ITIL is highly preferred.

The role would be focused on Service Desk / Deskside Support and, subject to client approval, we would be looking to move fairly quickly.

• 5 days per week onsite

• Requires a driver’s licence

• Customer Integrity Check requirement- done via us and will take 1-2 weeks as long as paperwork is filled out quickly
