Senior Engineer

KEY ACCOUNTABILITES:

·        Conduct process engineering calculations, including simulations, separator sizing, line sizing, PSV sizing, pump hydraulics, control valve hydraulics, and more.

·        Develop and update key process engineering documents such as PFDs, P&IDs, Basis of Design, equipment and instrument datasheets, cause and Effect diagrams, equipment lists, operating and control philosophies, hazardous area classification schedules/drawings, plot plans, and safety layouts as required for project execution.

·        Ensure all engineering documents are prepared in accordance with project requirements, meeting contract/SOW specifications and adhering to best engineering practices.

·        Participate in safety studies, including HAZID, HAZOP, SIL, and Risk Assessments.

·        Effectively close out actions arising from safety studies.

·        Coordinate with customer personnel to ensure smooth and efficient project execution.

·        Perform additional duties as directed by the Engineering Manager or Project Manager.

·        Ensure adherence to the company’s QA/QC policies.

·        Verify that suppliers, subcontractors, fabricators, and other parties comply with international codes and standards.

·        Develop and implement new company standards.
