Compensation Range
Hourly: $20.00 - $20.00 (Amount based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies.)About This Job
The intern will learn about the Commercial Payment products, Implementation and Account Management process for supporting clients for their Receivables processes. They will meet with representatives from each of the roles within the department, attend internal and customer facing (virtual) meetings.
They will obtain an understanding of the different types of products, processes for meeting with and updating clients. The intern will be focused on supporting day to day tasks, setup, data analysis and client preparation. They will be assigned to specific tasks or clients required to support payments processes for client. They will also assist in ad hoc projects that are focused on improving the processes of the teams. Tasks can include, but are not limited to, data analysis, updating configurations, analyzing issues, creating new procedures or process guides.
The summer internship session will begin onTuesday, May 18, 2027, and will run for11 weeks, ending onFriday, July 30, 2027. Internships arepaid, full-time opportunities with aMonday through Friday work schedule.

EssentialFunctions
Data analysis and review to present data internally or toclients
Update templates, forms and systems with specificinformation
Prepare PowerPoints and other client facingmaterial
Update and refine procedures andprocesses
Research and review of client issues andconcerns
Facilitating issue resolution and root causeanalysis
Analyze new ideas and processes to determine client value or timesavings
Perform other duties asassigned
WorkSchedule
Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
Minimum of 4 Onsite with team and remote otherdays
Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesRequired
Strong communication skills and creating narratives forclients
The intern will need to have experience with Excel,PowerPoint
Diligence and persistence in working with teams and clients.
Basic data analysis and reviewskills
Attention to detail
Persistence in defining resolution and rootcause
Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Inquisitive, agile and strong team player with excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

Intermediate/Advanced level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel andOutlook
Education & Experience
In process to obtain a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required - Business is the preferred major
