Position Summary
The VP Sales Europe will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding ZutaCoreâs market presence across Europe.
This role includes ownership of regional sales strategy, pipeline development, strategic deal execution, and building a scalable sales organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute theEuropean sales strategy aligned with global objectives
- Own regionalrevenue targets, pipeline development, and forecasting
- Identify and closestrategic enterprise deals with key customers
- Develop and manage relationships withdata center operators, hyperscalers, and enterprise clients
- Build and lead aregional sales team, including hiring, coaching, and performance management
- Establish and growchannel and partner networks (OEMs, system integrators, distributors)
- Collaborate withProduct, Engineering, and Operations to align customer needs with solutions
- Represent the company atindustry events and customer engagements

Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA â advantage)
- 10+ years of experience inB2B sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of achieving and exceedingrevenue targets in Europe
- Experience selling intodata centers, cloud, infrastructure, or enterprise technology markets
- Strong understanding ofcomplex, technical sales cycles
- Demonstrated experience inbuilding and managing high-performing sales teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to travel across Europe

- Experience inliquid cooling, thermal management, semiconductors, or AI infrastructure
- Background instartup or scale-up environments
- Established network within theEuropean data center ecosystem
- Technical background or ability to engage with engineering stakeholders
