Overview:
Salary: $100k-$120k + $20k bonuses
Based: Perth, Melb or Sydney

Weâre hiring a range of roles across go-to-market, product & implementation⊠Plus, we want to optimise a range of âpeopleâ things that come from scaling a team from ~30 to 50 this year.Â
Thatâs why weâre looking for smart, high-agency operator to own our new people & recruitment function end-to-end. This means overseeing sourcing & screening, onboarding new starters in properly, running the classic HR rhythms - but in a modern non HRây way.Â

About You:
- đYouâve had exposure to recruitment, onboarding, performance management, supporting management with people/culture items & everything in between.
- đYou love a great recruitment process - can ensure key projects have âtrains run on timeâ. Youâre excited about sourcing, screening, interviewing & closing great hires.
- đ·Happy on the tools - youâre pragmatic, not corporate. Youâd rather ship quickly and iterate (inc. using AI / no-code) than building a perfect 30-page handbook nobody reads.
- đ€High care - people genuinely like you. You build trust quickly, hold the line warmly, & care about the humans without going soft on standards.
- đĄïžCalm under presure - sometimes we may have a tricky exit or performance convos.. Here you can paint the picture clearly, keep the paper trail tidy, & handle it without drama.
