Your role

You will be responsible forcreative performance, owning the processfrom hypothesis to results in analytical reports.

What you’ll do

• Generate hypotheses and create creative concepts for paid channels (Meta, TikTok, etc.)
• Test different creative formats - fromUGC and AI-generated content to entirely new concepts you invent
• Work with analytics dashboards, analyze test results, and turn data into new hypotheses
• Monitor social media trends and adapt them for our product
• Scalewinning concepts and launch new creative directions
• Suggest ideas and hypotheses for funnel and acquisition testing
• Collaborate withtop-tier performers: Motion Designers, Creative Marketing Managers, Growth Product Manager, User Acquisition Manager, Influencer Marketing Managers

Who we’re looking for

•2+ years of experience in creative marketing
• Strong understanding ofperformance marketing and key metrics
• Ability to analyze data and turn insights into creative hypotheses
• Strong research skills and the ability to find ideas across multiple channels and sources
• Deep understanding ofhooks, attention triggers, and social media trends
• Strong creative intuition and the ability to identify patterns in what works on Meta / TikTok
•English Upper-Intermediate+ (working with the US market)
• Proactive mindset, attention to detail, and ability to make independent decisions

Nice to have

• Experience working withmultiple niches/products
• Experience usingAI tools in creative workflows
