Position OverviewÂ
The Project Manager, LH Site Acquisition and Permitting reports to the Manager of LH Site Acquisition and Permitting and is responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of site acquisition, due diligence, design coordination, and permitting for ILA (Intermediate Line Amplifier) facilities. This role ensures sites are secured, vetted, and permitted in alignment with program schedules, budgets, and company standards.Â
Key ResponsibilitiesÂ
Site AcquisitionÂ
Identify potential sites for ILA deployment in alignment with network planning requirementsÂ
Support and lead negotiations for land purchases and lease agreementsÂ
Coordinate preparation and execution of acquisition documentsÂ
Develop and maintain site acquisition trackers and status updatesÂ
Prepare deal summaries and support internal approval processesÂ
Due Diligence & Design CoordinationÂ
Manage site due diligence activities including:Â
Title reviewÂ
SurveysÂ
Zoning and land use analysisÂ
Environmental assessmentsÂ
Utility availabilityÂ
Coordinate with engineering and construction teams on site layout and constructabilityÂ
Ensure site designs align with company standards and jurisdictional requirementsÂ
PermittingÂ
Manage the permitting process across local, state, and federal jurisdictionsÂ
Prepare and submit permit applicationsÂ
Track permit status and proactively manage timelinesÂ
Coordinate responses to agency comments and resubmittalsÂ
Engage with jurisdictions and stakeholders to facilitate approvalsÂ
Program ExecutionÂ
Manage project schedules, budgets, and forecasts for assigned sitesÂ
Provide regular status updates including risks, issues, and mitigation plansÂ
Support weekly and monthly program reporting (KPIs/KGPs)Â
Ensure compliance with company standards, processes, and documentation requirementsÂ
Vendor & Stakeholder ManagementÂ
Coordinate and manage vendors including site acquisition firms, environmental consultants, and permitting specialistsÂ
Ensure vendor performance aligns with expectations and contract requirementsÂ
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, construction, legal, and finance teamsÂ
QualificationsÂ
Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Engineering, Construction Management, Planning, or related field (or equivalent experience)Â
Three to seven (3–7) years of experience in site acquisition, permitting, or infrastructure deploymentÂ
Experience with land use, zoning, and permitting processesÂ
Experience supporting land purchase or lease negotiationsÂ
Familiarity with telecom or infrastructure projects preferredÂ
Environmental permitting experience is a plusÂ

Estimated base salary range: $77,100 - $118,600 USD/annually
The base pay range shown is a guideline and reasonable estimate for this role. It takes into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions. Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted range based upon geographic location, work experience, skill level, certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Non- sales roles may be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive plan. Sales roles may be eligible to participate in a sales incentive plan.
Additionally, this position may be eligible for certain benefits, such as health insurance, life insurance, disability retirement plans, paid time off.
