Marketing Associate

Job Summary

TheMarketing Associate provides end-to-end project management and coordination to support the effective execution of marketing plans, campaigns, and internal processes. The role independently manages multiple workstreams, partners with stakeholders across functions, and actively identifies opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness and operational efficiency.

Accountabilities

Project Coordination & Workstream Support

• Provide end-to-end project coordination and operational support across multiple marketing workstreams.

• Develop a holistic understanding of marketing functions and provide cross-functional support as needed.

• Independently manage project timelines, priorities, and stakeholder communications.

Campaign & Project Management

• Lead the project management of integrated marketing plans across multiple channels.

• Coordinate business requirements and ensure alignment between stakeholders and delivery teams.

• Manage project risks, dependencies, and competing priorities.

Marketing Plan Support

• Support implementation of marketing plans by coordinating deliverables and ensuring quality execution.

• Analyze campaign performance data and operational metrics to support decision-making.

• Identify opportunities to improve campaign outcomes, customer experience, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder.

• 1-3 years of experience in marketing, campaign operations, or project management.

• Strong stakeholder management and project management skills.

• Experience using marketing platforms, reporting tools, and workflow systems.

• Experience with data extraction, reporting, and performance analysis.

• Ability to independently manage multiple projects and priorities.

• Demonstrated process improvement mindset.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Interest in AI adoption and marketing technology.

• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs.

• Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives.
