As a TA Sourcer at GBT Travel Services UK Limited, you will play an integral role in crafting our workforce. What You'll Do:

• Fully responsible for proactively sourcing and delivering top talent to hiring managers
• Review candidate applications, conduct telephone screens, and provide strong, suitable candidates for roles
• Partner with collaborators and hiring managers to determine and anticipate staffing needs and changes
• Build innovative and robust recruitment strategies
• Meet established metrics for sourcing
• Lead Talent Acquisition related projects

What We're Looking For:

• Significant experience in corporate and/or search firm direct recruiting experience, including proactive sourcing
• Strong experience in building effective relationships
• Experience applying an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and managing candidates (ideally Workday)
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Proven experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and client relationships
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence others
• Ideally, previous in-house recruitment experience, preferably gained within a travel services team
• Understanding of the complexities of recruiting
• Dedication to data integrity, timely and accurate reporting, and using this information to run efficient processes
• Demonstrates innovation in problem-solving and delivering service
• Collaborative great teammate driving inclusion and seeking continuous improvement from self
• Strong networker with excellent market knowledge
• Adapts well to an ever-changing landscape, demonstrating resilience, flexibility, and energy
• Commercially minded with a focus on business aims
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience desirable
