JuniorAssociate - Energy 

Requirements: 

•Lawdegree and professionallicense. 

•No morethanthreeyearssinceobtaining thelawdegree. 

•Professionalexperience incorporate,transactional,energy,orrelated legalmatters. 

•Experience inenergyprojectsor naturalresourcesispreferred. 

•Advanced Englishproficiency. 

•Excellentanalyticalskills,attentiontodetail, and legaldraftingabilities. 

•Proactive, organized, and able to work effectively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities: 

•Participate inmergers,acquisitions, andothercorporatetransactions. 

•Draft andreviewagreements,contracts, andothertransactionaldocuments. 

•Conduct legalduediligence inconnectionwithcorporatetransactions andenergyprojects. 

•Assistwithregulatorymattersrelatedto theenergy sector. 

•Participate in thestructuring and developmentofenergyprojects. 

•Coordinate andfollow upontransactionswithclients,externaladvisers, andauthorities. 

•Prepare legal memoranda,opinions, andresearch. 

•Work directly with shareholders and senior associates on the execution of complex matters.
