About The Role
We are orchestrating the best high-performing team, and building it from the ground up in Saudi Arabia!
This role is part of Yuno's Graduate Program, designed for ambitious fresh graduates looking for their first full-time opportunity. As a Junior Commercial Associate, you'll join our Commercial team, getting hands-on exposure across sales, partnerships, and relationship management as we build Yuno's presence in Saudi Arabia — with room to grow into whichever area you're strongest in.
This is a full-time position and a genuine first step into a commercial career at a global fintech.
Your contribution will be
Prospect and qualifynew leads across the Saudi market, supporting our sales pipeline.
Supportoutreach and relationship-building with potential partners, payment methods, and acquirers.
Help managecommunications and follow-ups with existing and prospective merchant clients.
Maintainup-to-date CRM records and pipeline data across sales, partnerships, and accounts.
Preparematerials, decks, and reports to support the regional commercial strategy.
Help shapehow Yuno's commercial presence grows in the Saudi market.
Skills You Need
Minimum Qualifications
Fluent in Arabic and English.
Recent graduate(or graduating before the start date), in Business, Economics, Communications, or a related field, and able to work full-time.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills,with a proactive, relationship-driven attitude.
Comfortableworking with spreadsheets and CRM-style tools.
Genuine interestin fintech, payments, sales, or partnerships.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous internship experiencein sales, partnerships, business development, or account management.
Familiaritywith the payments or fintech ecosystem.
Experiencewith CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
Knowledgeof the Saudi or broader GCC business landscape.
