The Reconciliation Analystis responsible for comparing investment portfolio data from external sources with an advanced web-based system.Their primary responsibility is to guarantee the prompt and precise delivery of comprehensive portfolio status updates to clients ona daily basis.Â

Responsibilities:Â
Meet daily deadlines for reviewing and updating reporting data.Â
Investigate and addressidentified issues within the reconciliation system through problem-solving, seeking support from mentors and department experts as needed.Â
Create andmaintain valuable relationships with data providers, clients, and internal stakeholders.Â
Demonstrate curiosityregarding product innovation opportunities.Â
Develop familiarity with and competency in using internal tools and processes.Â
Understand financial concepts and apply them to reconciliation errors.Â
Communicate effectively with internal and external parties tosubmit inquiries andprovidetimely updates on relevant issues.Â

Required Skills:Â
Basic understanding of investment, financial, and accounting concepts.Â
Knowledge ofGAAP and/orIFRS will be an added advantage.Â
Basic understanding of standard security types.Â
Securities or financial markets experience preferred.Â
Advanced ability in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, Pivot Tables, VBA, etc.) preferred.Â
Finance and/or accounting experience preferred. Â
Strong computer skills, includingproficiency in Microsoft Office.Â
Excellent attention to detail and strong documentation skills.Â
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.Â
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Â
Exceptional problem-solving abilities.Â

Education and Experience:Â Â Â
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business, Mathematics, Sciences, or another related field.Â
