This thriving outpatient orthopedic clinic offers the perfect balance of clinical variety and leadership opportunity. With expertise spanning orthopedics, manual therapy, sports medicine, vestibular rehabilitation, post-surgical recovery, chronic pain management, and occupational rehabilitation, you'll lead a team dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care. As Clinic Director, you'll have the opportunity to mentor and develop clinicians, drive clinic growth, and make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes and team success.

What You'll Do as a Clinic Director

• Lead, mentor, and support your team of Physical Therapists and clinical staff 
• Foster a positive, patient-centered environment with high standards for clinical care 
• Provide direct patient care using individualized, evidence-based treatment plans 
• Oversee clinic operations including patient experience, clinical performance and scheduling 
• Build and nurture relationships with local referral sources and community partners 
• Partner with leadership to meet clinic goals and support overall growth 
• Continue developing your leadership and clinical skills through Upstream’s professional development programs 

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MPT, or equivalent) 
• Active / pending Kentucky Physical Therapist license (or eligible) 
• Leadership experience preferred
• Passion for developing othersrequired
