• Autonomy & control – See as few or as many as your weekly and hourly capacity allows, while maintaining excellence in care delivery and coding. 
• Straightforward Pay –Receive $20 for every completed follow-up visit, and you'll still be compensated at the same rate for cancellations.
• Efficient documentation& scheduling– systems designed to minimize time spent documenting
• Industry leading outcomes – data informs our care model to get patients back to what’s important to them

Options:

• Part Time (20-29 hours)
• Full Time (30-40 hours)
• Weekdays, weekends, and evenings available 

Qualifications:

• Active / pending Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state of Indiana (or eligible) 
• Graduate (or upcoming graduate) of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
