About the role
We are seeking a skilled and communicativeTechnical Presales Specialist to support the growth ofIBM’s software solutionswithinSerbia. You will act as the technical expert for partners and customers, translating business needs into well‑designed technical solutions and supporting the adoption of IBM technologies across the partner ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the go‑to technical expert forIBM software within the TD SYNNEX partner landscape.

• Support partners in designing solutions, creatingBills of Materialsand outlining technical architectures

• Delivertechnical presentations,demos,workshops and enablement sessionsto partners and customers

• Join partner and customer meetings to providetechnical guidance and support during the presales cycle

• Identifycustomer pain pointsand translate these into IBM Software use cases andProofs of Concept (PoCs)

• Build strong technical relationships with IBM’s local and regional teams to stay aligned on updates, licensing, and programs

• CommunicateIBM promotions, product changes and technical information to partners and internal TD SYNNEX teams

• Respond quickly to technical questions and manage relevant resolver tasks

• Support theBusiness Solution Centre (BSC) in driving partner engagement and technical activation

• Continuously expand your knowledge of IBM technologies and competitive platforms
   

What We're Looking For

• 3-5+ years ofexperience in IBM software, cloud, data, or technical presales roles

• Familiarity with IBM Software concepts and awareness of competitive ecosystems

• Ability to understand partner and customer needs and translate them into meaningful technical solutions

• Fluent Serbian and English

• Proactive, structured and organised mindset with the ability to manage multiple requests

• Experience in vendor, distributor, partner or integrator environments is a plus
