Job Purpose

We are looking for aBusiness Process Automation Analyst to identify, analyse, and transform business processes throughautomation and AI-driven solutions.

This role combines a strongbusiness and analytical mindset with technical understanding. You will work with stakeholders to understand business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and help design solutions that automate manual activities and improve efficiency.

This isnot a traditional Software Engineering role. We are looking for someone who understands how businesses operate and can applyAI, automation, data, and software engineering fundamentals to solve real-world business problems.

Responsibilities

• Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for automation and AI.

• Translate business needs intoclear automation use cases and solution requirements.

• Work withdata and business information, including documents, PDFs, financial information, and vendor data.

• ApplyAI and intelligent automation to extract, analyse, and process information.

• Help design and implementautomated workflows and business process solutions.

• Collaborate withBusiness Stakeholders, Solution Architects, and technical teams.

• Test, monitor, and continuously improve automated solutions.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• Experience inBusiness Process Automation, Business Analysis, Process Improvement, Data Analysis, or a related area.

• Strongbusiness mindset, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

• Understanding ofAI and automation technologies and their application to business processes.

• Some programming or scripting knowledge and an understanding ofOOP, SOLID principles, Design Patterns, and Algorithms.

• Familiarity withAPIs, system integrations, and enterprise applications is beneficial.

• Experience withAI-assisted development tools, RPA, or Business Process Automation platforms is an advantage.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work acrossbusiness and technology teams.
