Your future team:
We are Digital Relations, and we have the responsibility to secure a continuous development, overview and execution of our Investment and Project Portfolio’s. We support Digital and Business Leadership in decision making as well as relevant stakeholders.
What you will be doing:
You can expect to work 15-20 hours per week.
In this role you will primarily be supporting our Head of Digital Portfolio Office, but you will also be engaged by our DK based Business Relationship Managers and Project Management Team.
The area of responsibility includes (examples):
- Get understanding into Project Portfolio data and help maintain it
- Build reports in Excel and Power BI with our Data Portfolio Manager
- Create dashboards for our stakeholders
- Help keep Executive reports up to date
- Maintain and enhance templates and tools
- Help manage and improve our SharePoint sites
- Take on ad-hoc analysis tasks—plus use AI tools to work smarter

You will have an impact in a fast-moving Digital area. And we will make sure you get a lot of in the job training as well.

What you bring:
You are in the middle of your Bachelor or just started your Master’s studies. Your studies will have a financial, engineering and/or digital angle (e.g. BSc or Cand.Merc or similar).
We expect that you have in dept knowledge with PowerBI and MS Excel on a more advanced level. It will be a benefit, if you have some experience with MS SharePoint as well
Additionally, we make extensive use of other IT tools and systems, among other Jira and Planisware, so it is expected that you have a natural interest in working with and adapt to such IT systems with ease.
Proficient skills in English are required.
