Position Summary

We are seeking alicensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to providehigh-quality, patient-centered therapy services under the direction of an Occupational Therapist. This PRN role offers flexibility while making a meaningful impact on residents’ daily lives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide therapy treatments as directed by the Occupational Therapist
• Followphysician treatment plans and care goals
• Assist with documentation of daily treatments and progress notes
• Support interdisciplinary team communication regarding resident progress
• Assist withdischarge planning and caregiver education
• Maintain clean, safe therapy areas and equipment
• Ensure compliance withstate practice act and facility policies

Qualifications

• ActiveCOTA license in South Carolina (in good standing)
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• Experience inskilled nursing or rehab setting preferred
• Familiarity withPointClickCare (PCC) and Casamba preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
