Execution of transport & logistics tasks within project order execution. Monitoring of project orders and to ensure materials are delivered in due time to Workshops, Warehouses and Packaging companies

Responsibilities / Tasks

Tasks related toinbound, manufacturing and preparation for outbound:

Following up at dates in ERP system and to ensure no delays. Coordination with buyers, workshops and quality department

Receiving and evaluation of preliminary Packing lists from Workshop (split items process)

Preparation of Packinglists in ERP system and readiness advise to Transport Managers

Issuing of shipping documents(When needed. Input from Transport Managers)

Issuing & break-down of Customs invoice(When needed. Input from Transport Managers)

Translation of all shipping documents(When needed. Input from Transport Managers)

Task related topurchase order creation: (one role in ERP system)

Creation of Purchase orders within logistics tasks (packaging material, packaging orders, transport booking)with input from Transport Managers

Task related togoods receiving: (one role in ERP system)

Your Profile / Qualifications

Experience: 5–7 years

Qualification:B.Com / Diploma / Engineering Graduate / Diploma in Supply Chain
