The Risk Analyst will have responsibility for supporting the processes and operations of the Enterprise Risk Management team.Key Activities
Serves as a “consultant” to management by completing projects and preparing recommendations for improving current practices or implementing new programs and process within the Risk function.
Works on assignments that range from quantitative analytical projects and qualitative analysis in support of programming.
Leads ad hoc qualitative analysis such as supporting the research, recommendations and implementation of new products and services and developing and updating policies and procedures.
Analyze and evaluate risks affecting the organization’s operations, performance, and strategic objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify emerging risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
Track risk indicators consistently and communicate findings to leadership, stakeholders, and relevant parties.
Develop comprehensive risk reports and deliver presentations tailored for both internal and System stakeholders.
Stay current with industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and evolving trends in enterprise risk management.
Lead risk awareness training sessions and facilitate workshops to promote a strong culture of risk understanding throughout the organization.
Qualifications
Typically requires at least 3 years of relevant experience. A background in risk, compliance or audit are preferred.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent combination of directly related education and/or experience.
Strong organization skills and relationship building are preferred.

Salary:
$64,000 -$82,8000 / Analyst Experienced level
$71,100-$92,000 / Analyst Senior level
Final offers aredetermined by factors including the candidate’s qualifications, internal alignment considerations, district assignment, and geographic location.
