As our products continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Software Quality Assurance Engineer - SQA to join our Dhaka office.

We are looking for an experienced Software Quality Assurance Engineer - SQA to join our team.

• Build and maintainautomated tests, and help expand our automation coverage across web and API testing.
• Maintaintest cases andtest documentation, keeping traceability between requirements, test cases, and defects.
• Prepare and maintain test data, and supporttest environment readiness across releases.
• Collaborate with the stakeholders to understand project requirements and design effective test strategies.
• Design, create, execute, and report on both automated and manual functional tests across multiple applications.
• FollowQuality Control processes according to industry standard practices.

• Minimum of3 years of practical experience in Software Quality Assurance.
• BSc or MSc in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
• Hands-on experience with at least one automation framework - [Selenium /Playwright /Cypress]
• Experience testing mobile applications(iOS/Android) with tools such asAppiumorBrowserStack.
• Knowledge of containerization technology such asDocker and code versioning tools such asGit.
• Ability to write clear, well-structured test cases and maintain traceability between requirements,test cases, anddefects.
• Strong grasp of softwaretesting fundamentals, methodologies, and effective practices.
• Proficiency inIntegrationandLoad testing techniques.
• Proven track record in testing intricate web applications and APIs.
• Exceptional attention to detail paired with outstanding analytical capabilities.
• Experience in bothmanualandautomatedtesting environments.

Nice to Have:

• Experience integrating automated tests intoCI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions/GitLab CI).
• Experience preparing and maintaining test data, and working across multiple test environments.
• Basic familiarity withHTML, CSS, JavaScript, andPython.
• Understanding of the QA role withinAgile/Scrum development processes.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and coding practices relevant to testing.
• Experience utilizing performance testing tools such as Gatling or JMeter.

• Salary range:50,000 BDT – 80,000 BDT / month(based on experience and assessment results)
• Salary review: Twice a year
