Position Summary: 

We are looking for someone who wants to join a fast-paced growing company, is comfortable with change and has the flexibility to change priorities at a moment’s notice. 

TheAssistant Regional Manageris responsible for theinstallation and training of new customers andgrowth and retention of ClearCaptions customersintheir assignedregion within the United States.  TheAssistant Regional Manager will actively hire, train, develop and managePartTimeTerritoryTraining &Sales Manager (PTTTSMs)located within theirterritory.  ThePTTTSM’sare responsible for accepting marketing work orders,installation and training new ClearCaptions customers. The PT TTSM’sare responsible forgenerating new ClearCaptions revenues, through new customer acquisitionsbyattaining and installation of customer referrals. The PT TTSM’s are also responsible toretain their existing customers in their territories by responding to their needs through the highest level of customer service. 

This is a Remoteposition reporting totheRegional Sales Manager.  

Whatyouwilldo: 

• Achieve assigned sales and service acquisition and retention quotaobjectives daily, weekly, monthly,and annually.
• Maintainterritory sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, and mentoring employees for success.
• Manage and ensure PT TTSM’sare following all policies and procedures for time punches and monitoring hours to ensure they average between 25-30 hours worked per week.
• Manageterritory representative’s performance by coaching, taking action to improve performance; planning, monitoring, and evaluating results.
• Travel toPT TTSMswhen needed for follow-up training
• Actively work withdirecttraining/sales team tocoach and train on accepting, qualifying, scheduling/moving new customer installations to maximize their time.
• Actively work with direct training/sales team to coach and train on growing users in their territory though customer referrals.
• Work with PTTTSM’s to ensure customers arevalidated and all compliance policies are followed. 
• Manage the inventory of ClearCaptions products and ancillary equipment for theTerritory.
• CoachPT TTSM’s on how to evaluate the customer’s communications needs and propose the appropriate ClearCaptions solution to satisfy those needs.
• Create andmonitor the territories assigned to each PT TTSM
• Manage, administer, and report onTerritory results and issues. 
• Take an active talent management approach to onboard, mentor and inspire a diverse, highly engaged, andskilled team.
• Continually upgrade talent through timely talent management, development, succession planning and recruitment.

• Be an expert for thePTTTSMs on how to: 

• Territory management to scheduleand follow-upcustomer installations.
• Conducting onsite and in-depth customer training on caption telephone services.
• Increasing new customer acquisitions in aregion through customer referrals.
• Retention of existing customers.
• Use Salesforce and ensure proper documentation is completed.
• Work with Customer Support. 

Qualifications: 

• 1-2 years of experience managing and developing a team preferred (notrequired).
• 1-2 years of service sales and / or sales management experience
• Strong technical skills, along with an understanding of the Internet, firewalls, routers, modems, switches, and hubs. Prior installation experience is desirable.
• Must be able todemonstrate aminimum1-2 years of consistently meeting quota.
• Must  be able to work from a local home office equipped with high-speed Internet.
• Must be able to travel extensively (up to50%) within assigned region. Travel will also beto corporate andevents nationally. 
• A four-year college degree or equivalent experiencepreferred (notrequired). 
• Respectful and outstandingleadership skills that motivate colleagues to focus their energy on achieving business goals.
• Ability to plan and manage at both strategic and tactical operational levels. Works to achieve goals while overcoming obstacles and/or planning for contingencies.
• Strong analytical,planning and budgeting skills. Ability to influence others.
• Excellentverbalandwrittencommunicationskills,presentation,andproblem-solvingskills.
• Self-starterwithstrongorganizationalandtimemanagementskills,self-directedandabletohandlemultiple priorities with demandingtimeframes.

• Demonstratedabilitytousediscretion,makesounddecisions,andmaintainconfidentiality.
• Willingnessandabilitytoworkflexiblehoursandtravel(upto 50%);willincludesomeovernighttravel.
• Proficient in MS Office, modern communication tools for virtual teams (i.e., MS Teams) 

PhysicalDemands: 

Primary functions require the ability to communicate over the phone and in person effectively and clearly with individuals suffering from hearing loss. Employees will experience the following physical demands for extended periods of time:  

• Sitting,standing and walking (95-100%)  
• Keyboarding (70-90%) 
• Viewing computer monitor, tablet and cell phone requiring close vision (70-90%)
• Occasionally bend, crouch, reach,twist and grasp; may lift or move boxes (up to 10 pounds)
• When interacting with customers in person, use of PPE isrequired. 

Work Environment: 

Work environment is primarily indoors at home, customer or vendor site, or other business meeting venue; exposure to all types of weather and temperature conditions during travel, and exposure to hazardous driving and traffic conditions. Travel (approx.50%), may include overnight andout of state travel.   

Compensation:
