Sundries - Sales Assistant

Your primary responsibility will be to provide professional support to our customers.

Working closely with the Garden Centre Manager to help the business to succeed. 

Rota: Full time, 40 hours a week, 09:00 - 18:00, including alternate weekends Saturday 09:00 - 18:00 & Sunday 09:00 - 17:30

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Provide an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone by:
• Ensuring all customers are greeted and offered assistance
• Handling customer queries courteously and efficiently
• Identifying customer needs through interaction, and taking appropriate action
• Excellent standards of merchandising and housekeeping are established and maintained in accordance with company guidelines 
• Looking after our Yard area including fencing / pots / compost / stoneware
