Who We Are

Yellow Card is a global payments infrastructure with deep emerging markets expertise. Businesses use us to access US dollars, manage treasury, and move money across borders.

Our focus now is scaling our dollar account product for businesses, a single account to hold dollars and stablecoins, manage treasury, and collect and disburse local currencies, and deepening the payment rails and currency coverage behind it.

The Role

You will own how we generate and convert B2B demand: paid, ABM, and outbound, plus the data, systems, and handoffs that connect all three to pipeline.

Our buyers are treasurers, treasury directors, and CFOs at large multinationals. Cycles are long, buying committees have several people in them, and our target accounts are named and finite. Depth inside a known list of accounts matters more than volume.

Marketing is a small team, so how you build matters as much as what you run. We are looking for someone who automates their own function rather than absorbing more manual work as the program grows: workflows that handle research, enrichment, list building, routing, and reporting, so your time goes to judgment and strategy. If your instinct when a task repeats is to build something that does it for you, this is the right seat.

This is a hands-on individual contributor role. You will own the marketing-sourced pipeline number and be measured on cost efficiency as well as volume.

What you'll do

  • Run paid acquisition. Paid search, paid social, and retargeting, in the platforms yourself rather than through an agency. Move budget toward whatever produces qualified pipeline at the best cost per lead.
  • Own the ABM program. Execute against named accounts in commodities, logistics, mining, FMCG, pharmaceutical, and manufacturing. Build and tier the lists with sales, then run plays across ads, email, content, and outbound.
  • Build the outbound motion with sales: sequencing, messaging, list building, deliverability, and the tooling behind it.
  • Design the system, not just the campaigns. With marketing operations, own the model connecting spend to pipeline: what counts as qualified, the scoring and routing logic, campaign taxonomy, handoff thresholds with sales, and tracking at every stage. When a channel underperforms, you should be able to point to the stage that broke.
  • Automate your own function. Build the workflows that take repetitive work off your plate: account research and enrichment, list building, lead routing and alerting, campaign reporting, and first-draft copy and creative production. We use n8n, Claude, and Salesforce, and we treat this as core to the role rather than a side experiment. We would rather you spend a week building something that runs forever than do the task manually for a year.
  • Grow the supporting channels: nurture email, webinars, event follow-up, and landing-page conversion. Organic and AI search is an active channel for us, and you will coordinate with the content function on it.
  • Own the numbers. Cost per lead, cost per MQL, stage conversion, and pipeline contribution. You will own the definitions, not just the dashboards.

What we're looking for

  • Four to six years in B2B demand generation, growth, or performance marketing, with hands-on ownership of paid channels.
  • Pipeline you can point to, with a real handle on cost per lead and return on spend.
  • Experience running an ABM program against named accounts alongside sales.
  • Systems thinking. Evidence you have built the plumbing and not just the campaigns: lead scoring, routing rules, campaign taxonomy, attribution logic, or reporting models. Tell us about one you built or fixed.
  • Workflow automation. Automations you have built that took work off your plate, whether in n8n, Make, Zapier, Clay, or scripts, wired into a CRM or ad platform. Tell us what you built, what it replaced, and what still needs a human.
  • Fluency with funnel data. You can define a metric as well as read one, and you make budget calls from it. Salesforce a plus.
  • Comfort being the first person to build something, with little oversight, in a fast-moving team.

Nice to have

  • Hands-on with n8n, or another automation platform you have used beyond simple triggers.
  • Payments, fintech, or stablecoins, selling to enterprise or mid-market.
  • Experience selling into Africa, Latin America, or Asia.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud
