This position will primarily supportlow-rise multifamily developments (3–5 stories) throughout Florida,Southeast and Central Florida each typically ranging from$40M to $60M in project value. With a strong development pipeline and long-term vision, this role offers significantcareer growth and leadership opportunity.

About the Position

TheProject Managerwill serve as theowner’s advocate and project leader, to ensure that construction projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

The company partners withthird-party general contractors to build their developments, and this role will act as thedaily eyes and ears for the ownership team, protecting the company’s investment and ensuring project execution aligns with development goals.

Key responsibilities include oversight acrosspreconstruction, budgeting, scheduling, and construction execution, while maintaining strong communication between ownership, contractors, and consultants.

This role will focus onground-up multifamily residential projects ranging from 160–200 units, with attractive design and finish levels.

Requirements

• Minimum5 years of construction project management experience
• Experience managingground-up multifamily residential construction
• Experience working withdevelopers and general contractorsis strongly preferred.
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related fieldpreferred but not required

Location

• Must belocal to or within commuting distance of Fort Lauderdale, Florida
• Ability tovisit job sites and report progress.
