Essential Responsibilities:

• Support monthly billing and collection management processes, ensuring continuous cash flow for project bundles.
• Collect and organize contractual evidence, such as purchase orders, timesheets, and travel expenses, ensuring a structured and audit-ready project history.
• Collaborate in the preparation of monthly project reports, as well as assist in accrual tracking and the refinement of budget forecasts.
• Manage control worksheets and consolidate internal financial data to provide an accurate overview of project performance and status.
• Provide operational support for the execution of scope changes, including design, supply, and construction adjustments, while ensuring data traceability.
• Ensure the integrity and immediate availability of documentation for internal and external audits (GEV/OPG), mitigating risks and ensuring compliance.

Required Qualification:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting.
• Previous experience in financial data entry, reporting, or project coordination.
• Advanced skills in Excel and financial software, with desirable knowledge of Power BI.
• Strong ability to manage documentation and data for multiple project bundles simultaneously with high attention to detail.
• Proven ability to work within a tiered team structure, supporting senior members and ensuring seamless information flow.
• Advanced English and Portuguese proficiency are mandatory for the role.
