Job Description
What You'll Do:Â
Support our Quality team in exciting Quality Assurance and Quality Improvement initiativesÂ
Lead or co-lead process and quality improvement projects that drive operational excellenceÂ
Learn and apply Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and problem-solving tools by conducting RCAs and Quality AuditsÂ
Assist in creating product qualification packages and drafting clear work instructionsÂ
Get hands-on experience with Kaizen and Lean Six Sigma methodologies to make a real impactÂ
Collect and analyze data to solve problems with data-driven insightsÂ
Propose and help implement Kaizen ideas as part of a dynamic teamÂ
Gain exposure to power generation service and refurbishment processesÂ
Explore metallurgical labs, industrial non-destructive testing methods, calibration programs, and inspection technologiesÂ
What We’re Looking For:Â
Currently pursuing an Engineering degreeÂ
Comfortable using MS Office applicationsÂ
