Location/Market:Local Market (Mexico, Colombia, or Peru depending on candidate's location)
Reports to: Regional Director – LATAM
We are looking for an ambitious and proactiveBusiness Development Associate (BDA) to accelerate our growth within their specific local market in Latin America. This dynamic role is essential to our sales engine, focused on top-of-funnel pipeline generation through cold calling and prospect outreach, paired with end-to-end customer onboarding for the local country. The ideal candidate is resilient, exceptionally organized, and passionate about guiding local clients smoothly onto our brokerage platform.
Key Responsibilities
â—Ź Outbound Prospecting: Execute targeted cold calling and email outreach campaigns to generate new business leads within the assigned local country (Mexico, Colombia, or Peru).
â—Ź Lead Qualification: Engage with local prospects to understand their business needs, qualify interest, and schedule high-impact meetings for senior BDMs.
â—Ź Client Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end registration and activation process for newly closed accounts within the local market, ensuring a seamless experience.
â—Ź Compliance Liaison: Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary corporate documentation, helping local clients navigate KYC and platform requirements.
â—Ź CRM Management: Maintain flawless records of all local prospecting activity, follow-ups, and onboarding milestones within the internal CRM system.
Requirements & Qualifications
● Experience: 1–2 years of experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, cold calling, or client onboarding. Experience in telemarketing
â—Ź Resilience & Cold Calling: Highly comfortable making a large volume of outbound phone calls daily to local market prospects and turning objections into opportunities.
â—Ź Organization: Exceptional task management skills with the capacity to guide multiple local clients through onboarding pipelines simultaneously.
â—Ź Languages: Native fluency in Spanish.

Buscamos un Business Development Associate (BDA) ambicioso y proactivo para acelerar nuestro crecimiento dentro del mercado local en AmĂ©rica Latina. Este rol dinámico es fundamental para nuestro motor de ventas, centrándose en la generaciĂłn de prospectos a travĂ©s de llamadas en frĂo y el alcance de clientes potenciales, combinado con el proceso de onboarding integral de clientes para el paĂs local. El candidato ideal es resiliente, excepcionalmente organizado y apasionado por guiar a los clientes locales de manera fluida hacia nuestra plataforma de corretaje (brokerage).
Responsabilidades Clave
â—Ź ProspecciĂłn Saliente: Realizar campañas dirigidas de llamadas en frĂo y alcance por correo electrĂłnico para generar nuevos prospectos de negocio dentro del paĂs asignado (MĂ©xico, Colombia o PerĂş).
● Calificación de Prospectos: Interactuar con clientes potenciales locales para comprender sus necesidades comerciales, calificar su interés y agendar reuniones de alto impacto para los BDM sénior.
● Onboarding de Clientes: Gestionar el proceso de registro y activación de extremo a extremo para las cuentas recién cerradas dentro del mercado local, garantizando una experiencia impecable.
â—Ź Enlace de Cumplimiento: Colaborar con los equipos internos para recopilar la documentaciĂłn corporativa necesaria, ayudando a los clientes locales a cumplir con los requisitos de KYC y de la plataforma.
â—Ź GestiĂłn de CRM: Mantener un registro impecable de toda la actividad de prospecciĂłn local, seguimientos y hitos de onboarding dentro del sistema CRM interno
Requisitos y Calificaciones
â—Ź Experiencia: 1–2 años de experiencia en ventas (outbound), telemarketing, llamadas en frĂo o onboarding de clientes. Experiencia previa en telemarketing, llamadas en frĂo para prĂ©stamos/crĂ©ditos o venta de seguros es altamente valorada y se considerará un plus importante.
â—Ź Resiliencia y Llamadas en FrĂo: Sentirse altamente cĂłmodo realizando un gran volumen diario de llamadas telefĂłnicas salientes a prospectos del mercado local y transformando las objeciones en oportunidades.
● Organización: Excepcionales habilidades de gestión de tareas con la capacidad de guiar a múltiples clientes locales a través del flujo de onboarding simultáneamente.
● Idiomas: Fluidez nativa en español.
