You'll work with great people from marketing, operations, supplier management, and finance to build the most efficient supply chain for Hyper Scalers Routing Business Unit (HSRBU) products. Oh, and you'll also work with your teammates, who are great.

Our team works with Regional Operations, Product Ops, Global Planning, Marketing, GSM and Finance teams to build an outstanding fulfillment supply chain.

Your Impact

• Help establish an effective materials pipeline and drives product lead time achievement reflecting global demand, service expectations, customer priorities, costs and constraints for the Hyper Scalers Routing Business Unit, which include product families SF8100 and 8000.
• Collaborate with Regional teams to implement build plan and priorities according to the business and customer needs. With main focus on fulfillment metrics (OTS, LTA, LAS, LTI, Aging backlog, etc)
• Primary point of contact for the BU, Regional S&OP, and Sales organizations regarding order issues/allocation, Material and site allocation.
• Drive with Regional OPS team to improve build on a weekly basis and reduce RISO.
• Support Product Ops in DF readiness throughout life cycle of the products – NPI, sustaining, through EOL.
• Support inventory commits and optimization, E&O projections/scrap disposition, freight mode shift/cost/tracking, lead time heatmaps/hot spot analysis and publication, CLCA, supply buffers, S/D balancing.
• Assists with key SP-level control points for E&O forecasting and reporting, inventory-related cost, scrap decisions.
• Across the SP space, coordinates the Aging Inventory/Scrap/E&O Process- drives Inventory Sizing, Aging E&O management, and scrap analysis/decision making.
• Supports the Inventory Commit process across SP. Assists Product Supply Chain Planning team with updates in OPT on Inventory Turns, WOS, explains drivers/trends to drive action plan.
• Provides analytical support for aging, scrap and E&O processes- includes M3 scrubbing, E&O bridge, communication and alignment with BU stakeholders on execution.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, combined with relevant professional experience in high-tech manufacturing, contract manufacturing (EMS), or complex supply chain operations.
• Supply & Demand Expertise: Proven background in leading materials pipelines through effective supply and demand balancing while successfully meeting NMS targets such as Excess & Obsolete (E&O) reductions, mode shifts, and quarterly inventory commits.
• Cross-Functional & Partner Collaboration: Demonstrated capability to coordinate end-to-end supply chain activities seamlessly across external manufacturing partners (EMS), regional teams, business planning, product operations, and sales organizations.
• International travel may be required.

• Strong ownership and timely action to improve business outcomes.
• Analytics & Reporting Skills: Advanced proficiency in Key Performance Indicator (KPI) tracking, product lead-time reporting (Heatmap/Hotspots), and outstanding analytics to project critical system parameters and drive optimal business outcomes.
• Metrics Tracking & Fulfillment Strategy: Consistent track record of ensuring operational inputs align with customer lead-time expectations and driving key customer-satisfaction supply chain metrics, including Leadtime as Scheduled (LAS), On Time Delivery (OTD), Aged inventory, and Recommits (MRC).
• In depth knowledge of Cisco UFO Fulfillment and Planning Tools
