TypeScript end to end, in a Bun monorepo with React 19 and tRPC. A remote table abstraction pulls SAP, ERP, CRM and HR data into our own cluster, with a per-project connector routing into on-prem networks, isolated per customer. That abstraction lets us ship first-class integrations for 600+ sources, and the agent builds custom ones on the fly. We built our own harness around it: branching, context management, meeting integration, and dreaming runs that pick up what is unique about each customer quickly and repeatably. Frontier models plan and generate the query. A deterministic execution layer runs it, so results are repeatable and every number traces back to the underlying rows and the calculation steps. Customers across manufacturing, agriculture, and aviation. $1M+ ARR in year one. and doubling every six months.## What this role isThe seat for someone who is already closing and now wants their career to compound. You take accounts from outbound-sourced first call to signed contract: run discovery, scope the use case with the customer, drive the NDA, prepare the bootcamp, negotiate, close. YOu will pick up the phone and being in the same room as our customers to close deals fast.Deepika (GTM Lead) is your mentor: weekly deal reviews, call coaching, and a ramp designed to make you a full account executive in record time. You will not inherit a playbook that is finished, but we want to write it with you.One more thing you should actually want: the product changes fast. What you demo next month is better than what you demoed today. If that excites you rather than annoys you, keep reading.## What you will do* Own your pipeline end to end: discovery, use-case scoping, NDA, bootcamp, negotiation, close* Travel to customers and run on-site bootcamps with operators and C-level* Scope use cases precisely so our FDE team builds the right application* Keep your outbound muscle: you source prospective customers to build your pipeline* Grow existing accounts through expansions and upsells## You will thrive here if you* have closed B2B software deals and know outbound-led sales from the inside* want your ramp measured in months, not years* prefer talking to customers directly to sending out slide decks and one pagers* get curious, not frustrated, when the product evolves next to you* hold your own with members of senior management and C-level, in German## Requirements* Closed deals in B2B sales, ideally outbound-led* German C1 or above, plus solid English* Munich, or ready to relocate## What we offer* We are based in Munich and build the team around in-person work.
