You won’t just build features — you’ll shape how people create films with AI. You will work directly with the founders, and have the opportunity to shape the future interface for AI visual storytelling.### **What you’ll do*** Design and build product features end-to-end across frontend and backend.* Rapidly prototype and iterate on new creative workflows with tight feedback loops.* Work closely with founders on product direction, UX decisions, and feature prioritization.* Translate ambiguous ideas into intuitive, high-quality user experiences.* Continuously refine interaction details, polish, and usability.* Help define the future of AI-native creative tools.### **Requirements*** Strong full stack engineering skills (React, TypeScript, backend frameworks).* Exceptional **product sense** and **attention to UX details**.* Experience building **creative tools. Can become an expert in creative technology in AI video production.*** Strong intuition for what makes a product feel simple, powerful, and delightful.* Startup mindset: high ownership, high agency, high velocity.### **Nice-to-have*** Love films and art.* You are a **creator yourself**: filmmaker, video editor, animator, designer, or similar.* Have experience in AI video generation.* Have been a founder before.* Have contributed in open-source projects, and coding for fun outside of regular work.
