We're looking for our first product manager to help us build our tech-enabled healthcare clinic. **This is an in-office, Seattle role only.** Come work with our talented team, including a former NASA engineer, a Stanford MD, and a multi-time YC founder with 1 exit.Our ideal candidate has 6+ years of experience working as a product manager for a tech company.## What you’ll doYou'll work directly with Engineering and Operations to create new UI/UX to address patient and operational needs, and own KPIs that drive our core business. For example, you might design and build an AI-based workflow to help reduce charting time from 40 minutes to 5 minutes. Or, you might work with Engineering to analyze what variables drive enrollment conversion.## What we're looking for:* You thrive on understanding user needs, both internal and external.* You get a dopamine hit from an improved metric.* You want to build AI-driven product experiences and workflows.* You like to work with Engineering to create solutions to problems.* You're excited to work directly with the company founders.* You're excited by the idea of working at a startup.* You have a strong desire to make a positive impact on people’s lives.* You write SQL with AI to analyze metrics yourself.* You are located in Seattle (or plan to move here).## We're not a good fit if:* You prefer working at large companies.* You don't want to live and work in Seattle.## Your first 90 days* 0-30: Get to know our business, the team, our product, KPIs and OKRs.* 30-60: Help us investigate and increase our enrollment rate by 10% by designing and shipping changes to our onboarding flow.* 60-90: Design and ship new exercise features to our lung maintenance program, Kivo Beyond.## Benefits* Series A startup equity* Healthcare* 401k* Unlimited PTO## **Notes*** We're flexible on title depending on your experience.* We're open to fractional PM work if that fits better with your situation.
