Senior Product Owner

What you'll do:

• Own and evolve the Firewall Subservice roadmap in line with NSI strategy and security needs.
  
• Manage backlog, prioritize features, and ensure timely service improvements.
  
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and security teams for robust, compliant firewall operations.
  
• Act as main contact for stakeholders on firewall capabilities and performance.
  
• Ensure alignment with related services (DDI, SIEM, Active Directory, cloud platforms).
• Coordinate with vendors and teams on tooling (Fortinet suite, Guardicore, COMFORT, Algosec).
  

What you bring to the table:

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Service Manager in network security or infrastructure services.
• Strong understanding of firewall technologies (Fortinet stack preferred) and policy management tools (e.g., Algosec).
• Familiarity with microsegmentation, identity-based access control, and hybrid cloud environments.
• Experience working with ITIL-based service management, RACI models, and KPI-driven reporting.
