The post holder will be responsible for meeting the organization’s goal, maintaining the number of new leads and building trust by frequently interacting with them through email and WhatsApp. This person will also be responsible to monitor the growth of all marketing channels handled by BIC, as well as achievement of campaign in relation to publication effort through all marketing channels.
Key responsibilities for this position are:  
Develop digital marketing strategy (paid ads) and marketing automation plan based on audience profile
Analyze campaign performance and do improvements as needed to ensure improvement on digital acquisition
All staff are expected to contribute to Wahana Visi Indonesia’s Transformational Development, Advocacy, and Emergency Response approaches, and may be required to support emergency response efforts in a timely, coordinated, and accountable manner.
Strategy Development & PlanningÂ
Develop email marketing & whatsapp plan based on audience profileÂ
Develop marketing automation plan based on audience profileÂ
Develop digital marketing strategy (paid ads) Â
Leads ManagementÂ
Create email databases for lead generationÂ
Identify target audience and grow our email listÂ
Manage digital leads through all channels availableÂ
Proofread emails for clarity, grammar and spellingÂ
Develop an innovative idea to partnering with any kind of parties in digital area in purpose gain number of donationÂ
Provide weekly report of running campaigns of other acquisition unitsÂ

Accountability & Quality AssuranceÂ
Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvementsÂ
Upgrade email templates using graphics, personalization and advanced featuresÂ
Ensure prompt and accurate communication with leads via email to minimize unsubscribesÂ
Write monthly e-newsletters sent to leadsÂ
Ensure mobile-friendly email templatesÂ
Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practicesÂ
Networking & CoordinationÂ
Work closely across all RDC units on how well to manage data-driven insights and recommendations.Â
Collaborate effectively with related departments and teams to ensure the website and other applications are running well.Â
Capacity BuildingÂ
Assist and giving support for digital media implementation and activity to reach awareness and resources across WVI.Â

Management & Leadership Â
Submit monthly progress reports timely and support administration for BIC TeamÂ
Build and maintain positive spirit of working in team with other staff in respective unit and department. Â
Facilitate in the practice of spiritual discernment and prayerÂ
Prepare Performance Agreement (FKK) and having regular P4P process, and capacity building Â
Manage all implementations and risks related to Programme Management according to organization policies, guidelines, and standard. This includes risks in fraud, safeguarding, and other related risks.Â
Requirement
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, digital marketing, or other relevant subjects. Advanced degree strongly preferred.Â
Minimum 5 years’ professional experience in CRM (email & WhatsApp) and digital marketingÂ
Successful track record in embedding new & emerging technologies to create disruptive working environment.Â
Strong communication skills, verbal and written, particularly ability to deliver high quality and impact memos and presentations.Â
A mature and committed ChristianÂ
Fluent in both spoken and written Bahasa Indonesia and English, with the ability to prepare reports, facilitate discussions, and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Minimum TOEFL score of 500 or equivalent.Â
Travel: Domestic may be required.Comfortable with and excited by managing in an entrepreneurial environment with complex work streams Â
Able to travel frequently to project locations, including remote and rural areas, when required. Â
Highly organized with exceptional detailed orientation and demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of workÂ
Possess strong donor centric service ethic and strong sense of professionalismÂ
Highly skilled in digital tools & technologiesÂ
Mature and independent mind-set, able to work smart and effectively.Â
Strong commercial orientation with discerning interpersonal skills.Â
Good knowledge in using Google Analytic, CRM, or web analytic will be preferredÂ
Having Google and Facebook Certification is a plus. Â
Computer literacy skills, e.g. CRM database experience, strong skills in the use of MS Office Suite; email; calendarÂ
Proficiency in marketing automation technology and having experience to operate HubSpot will be preferredÂ
Having Email Marketing certification will be preferredÂ
Own high integrity, personal responsibility and a commitment to constant learningÂ
A strong understanding of strategic communications, marketing and how to raise an organisation’s profile and impact Â
Stakeholder and relationship management at both senior and peer levels. Â
