You Will Be
Proactively sourcing and engaging top-tier talent across Media, Tech, Client Strategy, and Analytics
Building and maintaining strong, long-term pipelines of high-quality candidates for current and future hiring needs
Partnering closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand role requirements and develop targeted sourcing strategies
Leveraging tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and advanced search techniques to identify passive candidates
Crafting compelling outreach messaging that attracts and engages hard-to-reach talent
Conducting initial outreach and qualification to assess candidate alignment and interest
Developing talent maps and competitive insights across agencies, platforms, and tech companies
Maintaining accurate and organized candidate tracking, pipelines, and reporting within the ATS
Staying current on digital marketing, ad tech, and analytics trends to better target and engage talent
Supporting broader TA initiatives including process improvements and sourcing strategy evolution
You Must Have
4–5 years of sourcing or full-cycle recruiting experience within Media, Digital Marketing, or Ad Tech (Agency experience preferred)
Proven ability to identify and engage passive candidates in competitive talent markets
Strong experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and advanced sourcing techniques
Experience sourcing for roles such as Paid media, earned media, analytics, and tech
Familiarity with agency and/or platform ecosystems (e.g., Google, Meta, Amazon, DSPs, analytics tools)
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Strong communication skills with the ability to craft personalized outreach that converts
A proactive, resourceful mindset with a passion for finding high-caliber, hard-to-reach talent
Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) - Lever is preferred
Strong collaboration skills and ability to partner effectively with recruiters and hiring managers
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
