Business Growth Manager

WorldVia Travel Network, a leading host agency, and top 50 sellers of travel in the United States, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Growth Manager to join our team. In this role, you will drive the growth and success of our independent travel agents by providing strategic onboarding, training, and performance support. You’ll deliver coaching, optimize tool adoption, monitor sales performance, and implement retention strategies to enhance agent success. By building strong relationships and analyzing key metrics, you will ensure agents stay engaged, productive, and aligned with business goals, directly contributing to the growth of our network.
Key Responsibilities
Onboarding and Development:Â
- Execute effective onboarding programs for new travel agents joining our networkÂ
- Provide personalized guidance and support to help agents establish and grow their travel businesses through live training sessions, one-on-one coaching, and recorded webinarsÂ
- Conduct regular check-ins and progress reviews with assigned agentsÂ
Performance Management:Â
- Monitor agents' travel sales production and implement strategies to boost performanceÂ
- Identify areas for improvement and provide targeted coaching and trainingÂ
- The monitoring of KPIs and implementation of structured goals will measure performanceÂ
Tool Adoption and Training:Â
- Ensure agents are proficient in using WorldVia's suite of tools and technologiesÂ
- Develop and deliver training sessions on new tools and industry best practicesÂ
- Track and optimize tool adoption rates among assigned agentsÂ
Relationship Management:Â
- Build and maintain strong relationships with individual agents and agent groupsÂ
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned agents, addressing their needs and concernsÂ
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve agent issues and improve overall satisfactionÂ
Retention and Satisfaction:Â
- Implement strategies to enhance agent satisfaction and loyaltyÂ
- Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions to gauge agent sentimentÂ
- Develop and execute retention programs for at-risk agentsÂ
Reporting and Analysis:Â
- Generate regular reports on agent performance, tool adoption, and satisfaction metricsÂ
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvementÂ
- Present findings and recommendations to senior managementÂ

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related fieldÂ
- 3-5 years of experience in travel industry sales, account management, or related roleÂ
- Proven track record of driving growth and achieving sales targetsÂ
- Strong understanding of the travel agency business model and industry trendsÂ
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsÂ
- Ability to coach, mentor, and motivate othersÂ
- Proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis toolsÂ
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesÂ
Preferred QualificationsÂ
- Experience working with a host agency or travel consortiumÂ
- Knowledge of travel booking toolsÂ
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies for travel businessesÂ
