About the Job:
The Talent Acquisition Analyst will support recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for a variety of roles. This position plays a key role in ensuring an efficient hiring process while delivering a positive candidate experience. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and help attract high-quality talent to the organization.
What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and support the recruitment process.
- Screen candidates and track applications using provided templates and systems.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Prepare and send offer letters in accordance with company policies and standards.
- Ensure all hiring processes adhere to company guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Support other HR and talent acquisition needs as assigned.
- Assist in recruitment-related administrative tasks and reporting.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- Relevant certifications in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter certification, HR certifications) are an advantage
- Equivalent work experience in recruiting or talent acquisition may be considered in place of a formal degree.
- Strong English proficiency (verbal and written) required.
Experience:
- 3+ yearsof experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or a similar HR-related role.
- Experience sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates across various roles and levels.
- Experience using recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS systems).
- Experience coordinating with hiring managers and supporting end-to-end hiring processes.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint); Teams experience preferred.
- Experience using video conferencing tools such as Zoom / MS Teams.

Preferred Background / Industry Experience:
- Experience in fast-paced or high-volume recruitment environments (agency or in-house).
- Prior experience recruiting across multiple functions or industries is an advantage.
- Exposure to international hiring or remote/global recruitment is preferred.
- Experience supporting hiring for corporate, operational, or technical roles is a plus.
- Familiarity with working in structured HR or talent acquisition teams is beneficial.
